"Since I have been here in February 2023, I have have issues with mold, no working fire detectors, leaks, pests and rodents in the walls, a broken window, damaged faucet handles, a front door that wouldn’t close, a refrigerator that leaks or over-freezes, and no one is willing to assist. The pool is also down which is also an issue. Do not move here. It is a waste of time and money. Most of your time and energy will be wasted on trying to repair the place yourself. My stairs is disconnected from the balcony. No safety rail covering the top of the stairs. Just a horrible experience. Tickets are submitted and then deleted for repairs. You will have to request assistance multiple times before anything is fixed. I am miserable and I work from home so I am here everyday dealing with this. Please do not move here. Water gets cuts off every other day for repairs. Lights flicker throughout the house and most of the wall sockets have shortages or are damaged. The images I have provided shows how sloppy the work was done when I moved in. It is not dirt build up on my counter. It is embedded into the countertop material that was placed on top. I’m pretty sure these apartments are not up to code. I hope I am able to get my deposit back once my lease is up. The images of the property online are extremely outdated. The security guards also put their hands on you and call you out your name without repercussions. It happened to my neighbor right across from me. They also do inspections way too many times. Feels like I’m in jail/ military. The property manager Tammy is no longer the property manager and no one was informed at all. Now that I have submitted my 60 day notice, they placed a resetting fee on my account stating that I had moved out early but threatened to kick me out today by 2:30pm. So I was informed to come up there. I had informed them that I get off at 3:30 and I would be up there by then. I arrived before 4 pm and was told that she was going to lunch and I sat up there and waited for an hour and she never returned.
Update: my daughter’s car was just burglarized. 1/7/2024. The new manager is nice. No complaints with her."
"We quite literally just moved in and not even a week passed by and my car got broken into, and my ac stopped working. We got maintenance to fix it all he did was turn off and turn back on the breaker, so we had to again go to maintenance and ask them to fix the ac and all the did was open up the window and put a spare generator, which not only does not even blow ac through out my entire room let alone the apt but I also have to leave my window half open which I am definitely not okay with seeing as MY CAR LITERALLY JUST GOT BROKEN IN TO. I’ll call maintenance again tomorrow because I’m not comfortable with leaving the window open but it’s either fix the ac unit or move us to another apt unit cus I’ll be damned if I’m staying at an apt that requires me to leave my window half open even when I’m not home. That’s absolutely ridiculous."
"Just don’t move here unless you’re desperate and okay with living with appliances and things that don’t work. I’ve put in work orders for MONTHS for them to look at an electrical outlet for my washing machine and still haven’t came. So I gotta pack up my toddlers every week to go wash somewhere else. Can’t wait till my lease is up.
Update: my issue was fixed thanks. Huge relief!"
"If I can rate this place a zero I would! I was grateful for a place to lay my head, but were do I begin with all the problems I experienced there it was ??♀️ from paying rent for myself and there roaches, from the raccoons, possums, cats let’s not talk about no we’re to park when arriving home! Let’s not forget how my refrigerator went out and lost all my food and wasn’t compensated for what I lost! Oh let’s not forget when they finally brought me a new refrigerator it was filled with roaches!! Oh let’s not forget how my air went out several times!! This was before they new Manager came on but my experience was still horrible!!!!"
"DO NOT APPLY HERE. The office workers are very unprofessional, unorganized, and untrustworthy. They told me I’d have to make a payment towards my previous balance that showed on my my credit report for a guaranteed approval. I made a payment sent them the confirmation and then I heard nothing back. After weeks of trying to call the office manager Mario tells me that there’s discrepancies on my application. Says one of my previous addresses had an eviction which is crazy because you pulled my rental history and I know there’s only one eviction filed. Please go somewhere else with honest people because this is not the place"
