"I lived here for 1.5 years and if I didn’t have to move because of work I don’t think I would have ever moved out! The staff is incredible, especially Jorge and Nick. Concierge was always nice and everyone just went above and beyond for me and made me feel at home. The amenities were great and location was even better. As a woman living on her own I felt very safe going walking around river oaks district and in grey house. My apartment (building D) was always quiet and the modern style was absolutely perfect for me. It’s going to be hard to find a new place that lives up to Grey House! Thank you all so much and I truly miss being there!"
"Gnats, roaches, pool is a dirt hole, no gym AC or working equipment, safety concerns.
What makes these reviews compelling is the current management lack of accountability responsiveness, customer service and willingness to support residents or escalate our concerns enough for them to actually be resolved . Your emails may get responded to seven business days later .
Here are some facts .
• The gym is A sauna The air-conditioning has not worked since the beginning of July resident have never received correspondence on the matter.
•The pool has been a hole … no water, no cement and no access since September 2023 …August 2024 starts in a week. Not a concession for our amenity fees, or an honest update has been communicated to residents.
• PESTS : due to the trash shoot, I suppose not being able to be resolved residents haven’t been able to get relief from hundreds of gnats in the unit. They’re saying it’s a trash compactor issue which should be fixable right?
• It’s been humiliating having guest and building a as since the fourth and third floor flooded the entire entire year had to walk-through and see a construction site for flood mitigation when we’re paying over $2000 to live here.
• tree bugs … roaches whatever you want to call them are your unexpected roommate in your apartments, hallways , staircases, garage you name it.
• there’s more but I’ll rest my case. Hopefully at some point the new owner will take an interest."
"Great staff here at Greyhouse! Yuko and Jesse were very kind and knowledgeable. The concierge has great customer service! The area is also really nice! Highly recommend leasing an apartment here!"
"Love living here!! Leasing staff is always on top of it, and the maintenance staff is always there for any issues. Having two pools is nice, since one is under construction we can always use the other one! Lived here almost 2 years and will still be renewing our lease!!"
"This place is a dump. Roaches climbing the outside walls into balcony and windows. The hallways are long and trash smell rampant. The leasing people are morons. Management has absolutely no experience. The maintenance is even more a waste of human flesh. Don’t even dream about using the pool…not a soul…bugs and water is dirty. The building is half empty with cars just parked in the garage and lights left on in some of the units like it’s busy."
