"6 months almost in & this place feels like home. Donna helped my husband and I tour the apartment. When it wasn’t available to see, she showed us different ones to see what it would look like. I had an issue with my fridge going out and they replaced it. Elizabeth , Lynsey, Donna and Rosie made sure I received a new fridge in a timely manner. I love how the ladies do small events like back to school breakfast, movie nights at the pool, gift wrapping stations with treats and hot chocolate. My kiddos love the events. Customer service is an important factor and they all have it. They are so wonderful and nice! Thank you for treating us like your family!"
"We had such an amazing experience touring The Dominion Apartments with Donna! She walked us through all the available floor plans that perfectly fit our family's needs. Donna made us feel so welcome throughout the entire visit, and her professionalism and kindness stood out! Highly recommend working with her if you're looking for a new home!
Lynsey was also fantastic! As a visual person, I appreciated how she clearly explained all the numbers and options to us. She was super friendly, and I instantly felt a great connection with her. Highly recommend working with Lynsey as well- she made the entire process feel so smooth!
Rosie, their maintenance manager heard about our dilemma and needing to move in asap and came to our rescue to assure us that we didn't need to worry as their team would have the apartment, we were interested ready in no time!
Elizabeth the property manager was just as kind and willing to go above and beyond for our family. We really owe them!"

"Donna Wright is the reason a move here from California I love her and her energy! She’s so sweet really made me feel so welcomed, all the way from California.
Once I got to the apartments in Texas, Lynsey was so dope! She is another one that I met, whom I just adore. I love these ladies energy. They made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. They are the reason why I signed.
****UPDATE (12/02/24) 3 months in and whewww…. I’ll start with the PROS: The layout is beautiful. I love it!!.. I love the payment system for the rental payments & the Amazon lockers. Now for the cons:
My holding deposit was taken and no reinstatement, reimbursement or payment of any kind ($250- still got receipts), I canceled thinking I wouldn’t be able to move in on the commitment date turned out, I was able to work things out with my job so I could so I called the very next day after I canceled to inform them I WOULD be able to move in fact on the move-in date but I was told (Lynsey) my deposit was still put towards cancellation fees, even though I moved in the same exact apartment I initially cancelled!!.. also, manipulated my $1,000 off my first month rent. It wasn’t applied to my first month rent. It was applied to the months rent that I moved in which is moving in fee., right?? not first months off!, lol.
I Found a used condom in the toilet that wouldn’t flush on move-in day . Sent pictures to the office. They came out right away and fix the disgusting home welcoming. You will definitely have to clean the unit before moving in. Although the unit was vacant for some time, you can definitely see the signs, with all the spiderwebs throughout the unit. My unit doesn’t have the additional parking in front of the garage as it was marketed to be. The good news is my lease will be up soon!!
P.S - I still love Donna but definitely not the best experience moving from a different state."
"We have been living here for a year and a half. We had difficulties applying and almost gave up, but Donna Wright helped us a lot. In fact, everyone is very friendly and even my son loves to stop by the office to say hello and play Tic tac toe with Donna. We have not had any problems with maintenance; they always respond quickly to any problem."
