"The apartment themselves are nice. Nothing super updated but good, can’t complain. Mostly clean, chill neighbors. As for the management, they recently cut our electricity( NO notification ) due to them ending their contract w that company. We complained all we got is “ everyone was paying way too much so we decided no more “ AS IF we didn’t or if we were backed up on payments. We had to scramble and find a electricity company literally at 5pm. Now with parking, they don't give you your own parking spot, it is a first come first serve type of thing. But they still have the audacity to charge you if you own more than 2 vehicles. They have these 2 reserved parking spots NOBODY wants to buy, because it honestly makes no sense. Now they are stating the parking spots are not being included in the contract. So if you’re looking for a new home, just keep that in mind. Everyone complains about the minimum parking, & they honestly couldnt care less as long as they pocket $"

"I lived in these apartments for about 4 years in the beginning everything was good. Then the last 2 years they changed owners and started making changes that I didn't like. So i decided to move out.
My last day was October 31st.i went into the office Returned keys and signed a paper. They told me everything was done that I didn’t have to do anything else. In November I was still getting emails so i logged into my account in the portal they use and I was being charged $50. I called and asked why and they told me something about insurance, so fine I paid that to get it over with( didn’t feel like I should’ve been charged that but whatever). We are now at the end of December and I am still getting emails and messages from the property as if I’m still there! I log into the portal again and my account is at 3k !! This is ridiculous I’ve already called multiple times and they just tell me they will talk to the manager and give me a call back, and they don’t. It’s annoying and unprofessional from their end! I did my part why can’t they do theirs! I’ve been more than patient with them but enough is enough. And i already know they will try to come up with some BS and end up saying I need to pay something which is not right because when I turned in the keys on my last day they said my account was clear!!!"
"This property is so beautiful and very clean. The leasing staff are very friendly and very professional. The property manager shows that he really cares for the property, I have seem him walking the property all the time and sometimes I have seem him cleaning and picking up trash to keep the appearance of the property. I truly enjoyed living here and can't wait to see more positive changes in the community."
