"It's a decent starter apartment. Management was lovely, and the rental process was fast and easy for my mother. I applied online and was contacted the next week to move in. I would recommend it if you're looking for something fast with an easy move-in process!"
"Between the lack of good pipes to keep the water running and neighbors who let their garbage sit in the middle of the streets, this place has literally gone down hill. If the stray cats fighting late at night don't keep you up, then surely the hood break ups will. And the kids park is just sad. I stopped letting my kids play there due to its communal litter box quality. And the dumpsters... HEAVEN FORBID ANOTHER HURRICANE or natural disaster sweeps through; they are always full and spilling into the streets... AND THE KIDS EITHER PLAY IN IT AND MAKE IT WORSE, OR ADULT/ELDERLY CAN BE SEEN DUMPSTER DIVING FOR GOD WHO KNOWS WHAT. I CANNOT MAKE THIS UP! Their "towing" company NEVER SHOWS UP.. ESSENTIALLY YOU PAY FOR RESERVE PARKING BUT PEOPLE PARK ANYWHERE AND NEVER GET TOWED FOR IT. WASTE OF MONEY. The grass is so high at this point the cicadas have come out! Its been weeks since Beryl and it looks like a jungle out here. Trust me, if you're like me; work, take care of home and carry on. Just make sure you come to this hood at night to get a real glimpse of where you're going to live. I'm done (climbs down from soap box)"
"This apartment complex is suffering for many horrible issues. On top, these 3 females who are managing the office.
The first day that I got my key for move-in, I witnessed a flooded dishwasher with sewage, cockroaches all over the floor, sharp toilet smell and many others. I had to postpone my move-in while paying the rent until they replace the washer.
Then, in couple of months, hot water main pipe that is passing on most of apartment ceiling was broken. What they did, a handyman who is living there and not able to speak, put a clamp on it and quickly repair the false ceiling to disappear how unprofessional it is. He even didn’t have the right size of clamp for pipe size.
Worst thing happened when someone at 2:00 am in midnight, shoot my living room glass and shattered it when we were sleeping. After 10 days of communicating with office and asking for surveillance camera footage for police department, they just quickly repair the glass to remove the evidence and finally saying camera didn’t record anything in an email with all lie content. I don’t see any reason unless they are supporting the criminal in this community. I left the community for many safety concern although paid extra two months rent without living there and still claiming more through the collection company.
Simply DO NOT TRUST this apartment office employee or owner. They are not here to support residents.
To office: Do not even try the respond to my review. You are not trustworthy people."
"Tow truck will tow your car if you don’t have a sticker visible thats fair but nobody is asking the tow trucker who parks at the handicapped parking at night without a tag and my old grandma has to park at the street and walk to apartment. Very disappointed. Spoke to the manager couple times about that but nothing has changed."
"ill update this later but its not "650 rent minimum". it's an extra $24 on your rent and they dont want to include it so they charge separate fees. so right off the bat its just liars.
Here is my update after living here for 1 year :)
P.S. THEY MAKE THEIR NEW RESIDENTS WRITE REVIEWS WHENEVER THEY FIRST SIGN THE LEASE. HALF OF THESE ARE NEW PEOPLE.
These apartments are not closed whatsoever.
I will be writing a more detailed review soon, but these apartments are disgusting. There's always trash everywhere as well, roaches, these apartments in the summer are also filled with wasp. No one seems to want to hire a proper trash company since they are either overloaded or people straight up do not have the decency to simply put their trash inside of the garbage and leave it out. That brings me to another issue, the people/the neighbors, the people living here are absolutely REVOLTING, the trash bit is just one of them. If you are someone who is a drug addict or frequently consumes them you'd love it here. There's been numerous times where I see a random man knocking on my car door as soon as I park asking if I wanna buy and shove their nasty arms inside of my car, with drug paraphernalia. There's only about 4 maintenance workers in this whole apartment complex so good luck trying to report ANYTHING which you most definitely will. These "maintenance" workers are bottom of the barrell 'i have no qualifications for work but i wanna work for money'. I remember I waited 2 months for my apartment to be ready whenever I first moved in and it looked like it was for nothing. Those nasty people didn't even bother to clean up the place after leaving the most disgusting dirt and shoe marks inside of my new home. Half of these outlets are unresponsive, I walked in and there was no hot water for the first few days and my bathroom light didn't even work but they did NOTHING. My dishwasher doesn't even work and it's been a FULL YEAR they do not care. They wanna uphold such high paying fees for nothing, they say the rent is for example, $725 but you're actually paying $810 every month. a COMPLETE scam. The people around here also smoke nothing but cigarettes and marijuana so good luck with the smell. There's also car thefts like no other, websites say they have a garage but they absolutely do not, another lie. It's so ghetto and not worth the price at all it's ridiculous- oh and they decided to up the rent recently which is completely undeserving since they wanna hire all these office workers but you're only gonna here from 1 specific one while the rest sit on their butts doing nothing and they're halfassed maintenance workers. Just do yourself a favor and go to another apartment complex. One where homeless people aren't littered like cockroaches."
