"I Lived here a whole year and never had any issues. The manager Marilyn is doing a great job here. Actually never had to visit the office to complain. Maintenance is same day for real. Neighbors are cool. Night patrol security , no car or apartment break ins and affordable. Highly recommended. By far the best complex in Greens Rd you will notice"
"Manager Marilynn Vasquez makes living at Rockridge station tolerable. I have a complaint she does her best to resolve it. Maintenance is also prompt with requests. 5 stars can be achievable if property owners made real repairs and enforced rules."
"I've had an exceptional experience living at Rockridge Station apartments for the past 2 years! The community is peaceful and quiet, with respectful neighbors who mind their own business.
The maintenance team is top-notch, responding promptly to requests and resolving issues quickly. I've never had any problems with anyone, which is a testament to the complex's warm and considerate atmosphere.
Management is understanding and accommodating, particularly when it comes to rent payments. They're willing to work with you if you need extra time, which is a huge relief.
Plus, the location is super convenient! There's a great bus line nearby, making it easy to get around without a car. And, with plenty of job opportunities in the surrounding area, you can't go wrong.
As my lease approaches renewal, I'm excited to stay on and hopefully move to a downstairs unit IF POSSIBLE. The management team is truly awesome, and I feel grateful to call this place home.

"The apartment complex is very quiet and peaceful. When I have a problem they fix it quickly and timely manner. I got fired from my job and let the property manager know what’s going on and he was very understanding. She gives me time to have my rent in before doing eviction. Long as you let the people in the office know your situation they will do they very best to help keep a roof over you and family heads. I been living her for going on 2 years and plan on living for a long time. The people here are nice and they stay to themselves. No cops or shooting at all. The property manager and her staff is doing a great job. Keep it up you guys."
"I moved to Rockridge Station with the help of Chastity Bruno. She helped me throughout the entire application process and was very accommodating. The apartments are quiet and pleasant. Parking is easy to manage especially because Rockridge offers an app where you can register your car and your guests. The office has always helped me anytime I needed help with anything, maintenance responds in a timely manner and there’s also pest control services. Overall living here has been awesome and I would definitely recommend living here!"
