"Terrible. Absolutely horrendous living conditions. Rats, roaches, fires, crackheads, human feces and toilet paper coming from open pipes in the ground next to the walk way up to our “home”. They’ll cut off the water multiple times a day without notice, maintenance men treat you like trash if you have an issue. Office staff talk to you like you’re their employee. All this before & even worse AFTER the complex was bought out by a different company just to make it worse. Renovating apartments around you after no pest control for months driving all the critters to you since they only care about the new potential tenants that don’t even live here. DO NOT LET THEM FOOL YOU. This is the worst living experience my family has ever had to endure."
"Greenline apartment management bought this place over a month ago. On 11/14/24 they were well aware of a backup sewage issue and didn’t send anyone to fix it until the next day. 28 hours with no sewage use. On 11/17/24 same issue for 6 hours, but they didn’t provide anyone with a legitimate way to get in touch with emergency maintenance. Get home on 11/21/24 and same issue again. Can’t shower, or use toilets and since I’m on a ground floor unit, sewage flows out of the toilets. Spent the entire weekend cleaning sewage out of the restroom because nobody can get ahold of the office. New boss, same as the old boss. Time to alert the health department.
Update, flooding has happened three more times with abysmal responses. Always told by the office a plumber is onsite but they don’t ask my apartment number. If it’s not the main drain, it’s at the end of the building. Maintenance came earlier today, ran a snake down the pipe, all was well for three hours. Get home, everything is flooded again. I’ve spent over 20 hours and missed work sucking up water, putting fans on the carpet and even had to purchase a shop vac to clean up the water.
This place is a crap hole. Run away far and fast. Also, the fake five star reviews aren’t fooling anyone.
1/4/25 - plumbing still doesn’t work like it should. I have to contact the office daily to get my plumbing fixed and it happened again this morning. They told me this afternoon a plumber was on the way, and as of 8 pm nobody has come, bathrooms flooding again. To add to this they moved all of the trash dumpsters to one side of the building so people are now leaving their trash anywhere they want.
This place needs to be condemned and I’m doing my best to make it happen."
"???This Azul vista new management complex is horrible they will stollen your money and they will charge you too much for last 3 months of your lease at the end. At least 200$ monthly and they will charge you 500$ for nothing just to don’t let you leave the complex apartments, i give them notice 40 days before leaving at the end they charge me 7 days in the new year and they said ok pay 500$ we don’t care about you. Be careful, this is Mafia"
"Never, ever move here. So many things. The absolute worst maintenance personnel on the planet. You can never get through to the office. Car break inside, trash everywhere, infested with roaches and ants, the constant reek of pot, the daily,and I mean daily visits from the police due to domestic violence issues. They will let anyone in here, so decent people are breaking leases to leave. The cost to live here is not even close to worth it. Don't waste your money. There are better places."
