"“I want to give a big shoutout to Osvaldo for his outstanding work on our recent maintenance request. He was prompt, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was fixed perfectly. His attention to detail and dedication to quality service truly make a difference in our community. We appreciate his hard work and commitment to keeping everything in top shape. Thank you, Osvaldo, for a job well done!”"
"I had an outstanding experience with Alex Massa from TBD Management when he came to fix my hot water heater. Not only did he arrive promptly, but he also took the time to thoroughly explain the issue and the steps needed to fix it. He worked efficiently and made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving.
What truly set Alex apart was his dedication to going above and beyond—he even checked for potential future issues and provided helpful maintenance tips to prevent any further problems. His professionalism, expertise, and customer-first attitude made this a seamless experience. I highly recommend Alex for any maintenance needs!"
"This place is a wonderful place to live. Alex and the maintenance crew is always on the job when we had a problem, and after we put in the work order, they are there the next day and sometimes the same day fixing and getting what we need right away. They do it with a great attitude, Alex is very knowledgeable about everything. Thank you maintenance crew."
"UPDATE: I love the Maintence Response Time. Alex is on time and extremely professional. He is a great asset to this Lakeside Community. Alex is highly intelligent on fixing things!
I hope he never leaves, unless he wins the lottery of course. Lol
This place is amazing! Love the neighborhood all brand new homes and townhouses. The manager Jessica gets things done super fast. She doesn’t mess around. Everybody here just loves her! I just signed another one year lease."
"Ozzy and Alex were so fast and friendly completing our work order. Highly recommend Lakeside Conroe if you are in search of a rental home. The community is clean and service is amazing! It took literally 5 minutes for them to solve our issue. Thank you so much!"
"Avoid this place at all costs! They are slow to get to repairs or do not get to them at all. The manager is super rude and unprofessional. Does not mind yelling and hanging up the phone on your face. I moved out at the end of October and still have not received my deposit and am getting no response from management. Money hungry and could care less about the actual tenants. Plus the property is surrounded by water. You will get ants and roaches no matter how clean you keep your unit."
"I’m very impressed so far by staff/management. Especially Lauren, she’s been really great to work with, she’s always prompt when responding to any concerns we’ve had! She’s awesome!! Maintenance is amazing as well! My fiancé had spoke with another lady from front office the day of move in. I can’t remember her name, but I think her name was Amber-she was SO welcoming and very kind! So happy to call this place our new home!"
"It's been spectacular having the new crew handling all of the work orders. Everything gets done quickly and with a smile. These guys definitely deserve more than five stars. They really bust their butts to make sure we're taking care of!"
"We had the best experience leasing in Lakeside Conroe. Lauren went above & beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. The community is beautiful and we just love our new home! It’s a total perk maintenance takes care of every little thing.
I Had to add on to my original review because I am so impressed with the maintenance workers! They are professional & kind. All of the workers are efficient and know what they are doing. Especially Osvaldo! Thank you for all your hard work guys, it doesn’t go unnoticed!"
