"They will take your money for your application and not respond. Do not waste your time or money ! UPDATE:: After writing this review I finally got a call back from the leasing agent with an approval, telling me that I have a “beautiful view “ and new carpet is being put in A APARTMENT IVE NEVER SEEN, but also asking me to take this down. Still no lease to sign or any accommodation from the unprofessionalism, lack of accountability and communication that I’ve experienced thus far. Still being calm and respectful, I logged in to the application to see has the application been updated(NO) to further my investigation, that the apartment that I applied for was put back on the market as if I didn’t give them the okay to proceed with the lease. No one from upper management spoke or reached directly out to be apologetic or hear my frustration. But I guarantee if rent is not paid on the first of each month, let see who will be hounding who. As a first time renter this is the absolute worst experience ever. Im a pretty understanding person, but when it comes down to my money and what I’ve paid for. I expect nothing but what I’ve paid for. It is sickening, that I have to result to writing a public review to getting the matter HALF way resolved, because again the apartment that I originally applied for has been put back on the market as if I didn’t apply for it. Per the agreement once you apply and pay upfront dues that takes the apartment off the market from any other prospects. So have I been robbed or what ?? I have attached screenshots to prove my point.
UPDATE: moved in on 8/30. I’ve called several times and sent emails. My washer is missing a filter and I CAN NOT WASH. I get the same answer “somebody will be in touch” today is 9/04 and I have yet to get a call to get this resolved! I even asked to pay for and I’ll do it myself ! I WILL NOT BE RENEWING MY LEASE OR REFER ANYONE TO MOVE HERE!"
"I have been living at Greenhouse Apartments for 2 years now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. I've never had any issues, and I absolutely love the ladies in the office. Deborah and Dellarease Hagen have always worked with me and ensured everything was okay. Anytime I needed help, they were prompt and professional. Their dedication to residents makes Greenhouse Apartments a wonderful place to call home. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great apartment community!"
"This is the worse place you could potentially call home. Starting from the assistant manager Deborah to the rest of management.
If you are considering living in this complex . Please save yourself a lease of headache and take your money where you are valued
If you still living in this complex, go learn about your rights as a tenant and back it up with a good counsel. It will be needed
Most pathetic management team ever . Acting like a little bully group in middle school . The reviews are 100 accurate they are used to their ugly ways towards residents.

"I’ve been a resident here for 2 years now and I love everything about it. The employees in the leasing office are nice people. Mr Nathan and Mrs Belinda are the best. They always do events for the kids and Adults. They are two of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Choosing Greenhouse as a place to call home has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made and wouldn’t change it for anything."
"Love this apartment!! Moved in sep 30th. Rubi is the best!!!! She helped us get all moved in. Approval process literally took 1 day after providing all documentation and verifications. Rubi is very professional and provides excellent service to tenants any time. Deborah is fantastic as well! The front office staff are always welcoming and helps anytime we have question or need assistance with anything. Maintenance is wonderful. They clean up every morning picking up trash, leaves etc. You can’t forget about the special events they have going on every month. This place definitely feels like home. We love it!"
