"UPDATE after posting this “weeks ago” -The hallways and stairs are a still gross, so is the trash room, dog park still hasn’t been fix or maintained, there’s still good poop EVERYWHERE around the complex. The extra photos at the end are added because they’re still issues I see around the complex that have yet been addressed. MY PARTNER took it up upon HIMSELF to clean the elevator and the hallway after we were told they would be cleaned since they “got a new machine”. It’s unfortunate that we have to keep asking these things to be done. I’m also curious why every time I ask when construction will be done I’m given the same answer of “I don’t know”, these are things everyone in the office should know and be able to tell us.

I just wanted to write about a few things I have noticed in the few weeks I have been living here that are concerning. We moved in October 15th. I have 2 dogs I walk them frequently, I have noticed an abundance of dog feces around the apartment complex. It seems as though NOBODY cleans up after their pets and honestly it's disgusting. It's hard to walk my dogs without worrying if they're going to step on another dog's poop. I understand they are still doing construction, but even so, people should be cleaning up after their pets. Another thing, there is trash literally EVERYWHERE. The construction workers are careless and leave their lunch trash, snacks, drink cups, and other miscellaneous trash all around the complex, it's disgusting. My old apartment was half the price of what we pay now and it was immaculately clean, there was a 500$ fine for people who didn't clean up their dog's feces and this was strongly enforced. The "dog park" which isn't even much of a park is also disgusting, my boyfriend cleaned up all the dog poop that was in there the first week we moved in and it was close to a whole trash bag full of other dogs poop. There are also sharp rocks and no grass at all for them to walk on or play in, and it's full of trash, this needs to be taken care of and maintained. Every single hallway is stained with who knows what from everyone's trash they leave out. Valet trash is convenient, however, it leaves the hallways dirty and stained. This complex needs serious maintenance and really needs to enforce tenants picking up after their pets. Once again I do realize there is construction still going on, but that shouldn't take away from our experience living in a newly built apartment that, from what it seems like, nobody cares to keep clean.
