"This place has a lot of potential. It is a lovely place, BUT the ROACHES have taken over!! They have trash pickup service here, this is the MAIN CAUSE of the ROACH ? infestation!!! Some residents leave trash in the hallways 24/7 every day. Not only does the trash smell, some leaks a nasty slimy substance that leaves the hallways stained and nasty ?. If the residents are disabled to the point where they can't take the trash out, pay someone, or consider home health aides or an assisted living facility??? The trash in the hallways is what's causing the roaches, if something is not done, soon, rats and mice will be in the apartments soon ???"
"I moved here several years ago due to it being a senior active living community. Thats what they advertised. Presently, i have kids living above me. Making all kinds of noise by running, dropping things on the floor at all hours of the evening. It's very disturbing. My quality of life has been disrupted. I have spoken to the office on several occasions. I received different answers. 1. Filing a complaint on the resident. 2. kids can be there. ?♀️
I thought a 55+ active community would not allow anyone under 18.
Beware, before moving in, please sure that's one of the questions you ask so you won't encounter the same issue. They should update their website or lose the 55+ active senior living status."

"If I could rate zero star I would. Also, if I could convince my Mom to come stay with me I would. She Values her Independence so much, but I'm working on getting her into something better. That place Is a DUMP! Even Slum Lords take Greater care than what I've witnessed there. It breaks my heart every time I visit."

"A little over two years ago, I seriously thought about moving my grandma elsewhere because it felt like everything was going downhill since she first moved in. But today, I can honestly say I'm really happy about the positive changes the new manager has brought to the property. It takes time, but I can see it's definitely on the right track.
A few things stand out as the biggest improvements. The community center is in great shape, and you can see the new manager and her team putting in real effort to make it inviting. Residents are actually able to take advantage of the center because the manager is always bringing the community together with fun events. There’s no longer trash on the ground, and they finally started power washing – such a relief after years of that dirty ground and parking lot. It was a SUCH an eyesore looking at old oil stains that been there for years. Also, the garden and sitting areas look amazing, creating a nice vibe for everyone.
My grandma is pretty happy with how things have turned around compared to before. The manager's dedication to making the living experience better doesn't go unnoticed, and we truly appreciate the hard work and commitment from the manager and the team."
"The cleanliness of the apartments have gone down. Not to mention the fact the repairs and maintenance are not happening. Service from the office and staff are lackluster and poor."
