"I have been having a great experience so far living at define. What I’m loving the most are Marlene classes. I am a big fan of studio classes and fitness classes in general, and I can say with confidence that Marlene’s classes don’t have anything to envy to other studio ones. Her classes challenge me and make me sweat, I’ve also brought a friend to some of them and now she wants to move from her house to this complex. I’m excited to continue with her and see some results in the future ?? plus the define studio outside the complex is equally amazing and challenging, love to have a good sweat"
"From applying to moving in, the office and property manager have been extremely friendly accommodating and responsive. Had a fridge issue on move in and maintenance got here 5-10 minutes after I called and followed up the next day to make sure everything went well. Super inviting community and leasing agents. Work with you to get you in, just gotta make sure you enter accurate and true information. Can’t thank Jeffery and everyone else enough for a fresh start !"
"I’ve been living at this property for about 2 weeks now and so far it’s been pretty good. The property staff has been incredibly helpful and very responsive. Aaron is great and very easy to work with. They made the moving transition very smooth and stress free. The maintenance staff is also great. They respond to issues very quickly (nothing major, a water pressure issue which is normal)
Pros:
- Very helpful & responsive leasing office
- Building is secure and requires a key fob to enter, great for safety
- Property is quiet and kept clean
- The amenities are nice
- In a great location
- Multiple elevators throughout the buildings
Cons:
- Would prefer to open the gate with my phone vs an outdated call box (also a safety issue considering everyone’s last names are exposed)
- The guest parking system is kind of annoying due to there’s being a limited amount of passes that can be given out within a certain timeframe (Rebecca in the office provided a work around option so this isn’t a major issue but more so something to be highlighted and potentially changed in the future)
Overall my stay so far has been pleasant. I will update later on but I’m confident I will continue
to enjoy living here."
"I recently relocated from Pennsylvania, and George and his team made the transition incredibly smooth. George was very welcoming and addressed all my questions. This was my first time making such a move. My car arrived ahead of schedule without any issues. Overall, the experience was a 10/10. I'm thrilled to call this place home… Thanks George!"
"We worked with Aaron in the leasing office who made moving an easy transition. He was always responsive and available during the application process. I’m excited to be part of a beautiful new development that focuses on the well being of their community."
