"Today is October 8, 2024. I am a resident that lives here. I’ve been here for 7” years not to mention NEVER EVER EVER was late on my rent. I have a brother that has autism, schizophrenia and bipolar that won’t hurt or harm a fly. Maybe six months ago I’ve tried helping him by letting him come over during the day until my family found a group home for him, but not even a full month I was told he was not on my lease so he couldn’t be here and as a good tenant I obeyed the rules and was forced to call the police to put him in a psychiatric Hospital The hospital hold him from Maybe five months before releasing him back to the same area so I had to repeatedly letting him know he’s not allowed to be here on the property. My sister moved him in with her in the neighborhood right down the street, but he repeatedly walks to the store back-and-forth, not harming anyone but maybe asking for food or cigarette, there’s a storage place next-door to this apartment complex. He sits there for hours in the sun bothering no one, and I am being forced to move out of my place because he comes to my door and knock sometimes when I’m not home and working and when I’m home, he may knock without me letting him in and it hurts me to my heart that I can’t let him in my own apartment so I let him knock until he walks off back over to the storage place it’s been six months later it’s just me and my daughter living here and The property manager, Miss Renee has been harassing me about him, walking on the property to knock on my door when I don’t even open my door for him and now she’s forcing me to MOVE OUT because she said I’m the reason he’s walking on the property not to mention he never did any crime nothing negative to anyone in this apartment complex and I have no control of him coming to knock on my door when I’m at work im a single father of a six-year-old little girl and now I am repeatedly getting harassed about terminating my lease term due to this matter that I have no control of and today after 6- 7 months, I am giving a notice of lease termination and was told that me and my six-year-old daughter have to GET OUT due to this matter that I have NO CONTROL of this woman have no heart. This woman is heartless and I can’t believe being a good tenant never had any complaints. Never did anyone anything living here for 7 years all of my neighbors love me. I am forced with a action like this The other workers in the office said every since she been here, she’s been running away a bunch of GOOD TENANTS and God knows I am one of them I can’t believe this is happening to me behind something. I have no control of and did my best to fix the problem by calling the police on my brother and putting him in a mental hospital. I’ve did everything I can to keep him away from the properly, it’s not my fault he walks and come back. But now me and my daughter have to suffer with out a place to stay due to a heartless woman that have no understanding and don’t care PRAYERS TO HER"
"I been living here for 3-4yrs now and it started off great. Then they moved a little family over my head and the little kid keeps me up ALL night told the office and they stated that we had to deal with it as neighbors so problems is still not fixed. On 9/5 the gate for the apartments was broke and my car got broke into and stolen and the officer went to speak with the office just for her to say it doesn’t have anything to do with the apartment when if it the gate was fixed and if the apartments had cameras no one cars would be getting broken into or stolen. These apartments are fine if you need something cheap and quick but I DO NOTA ADVISE ANYONE TO MOVE OVER HERE. Have a blessed day"
"I have lived at these apts for around 20 yrs before moving only to come back roughly back 2 yrs later;never been sorry!☺️ They are reasonably priced,older,not fancy but rather simple, nice units. The ladies in the front office are always helpful with any questions & the hard-working maintenance are always quick & diligent-even through the ice storm just a couple yrs back!! I'm so pleased to call this place home! ?"
"Don’t live here unless it’s your only option. If you find yourself having to live here,
get an upstairs unit if at all possible. Units are so old and un maintained you can hear every step and movement from your upstairs “neighbors”. Management does not care or do anything about it.
If you have a downstairs unit with patio, be prepared to sweep it or blow it off every Monday if you like to enjoy your patio. The landscaping crew is so inconsiderate they blow dirt, leaves and every other kind of debris on your patio and furniture. Once again management does not care and does nothing about.
The unit had bugs and fleas from the first day we moved in despite numerous requests for pest control. Again management does not care or do nothing about.
The “manager” or whatever she is lives on site and likes to sit out front of her unit and give residents dirty looks as they drive by. I believe her name is Marianne.
All in all this place blows and I would run the other way"
"I have absolutely nothing bad to say about these apartments. I live here currently. Always paid my rent in time. Maintenance issues get taken care of usually the same day or in the morning next day. Clean property. Nice neighbors for the most part. They are small apartments but the rent is not bad. I have a family and felt relatively safe in the area."
