Now for management team. Do not get a lease here! So far they like to man handle older elder people until they are broken in their lease. They tell you it's okay, but want to evict you fir the renovation and then charge 2500$ total to transfer. They do not keep to any promise and seem so money hungry for their apartments. I can assure you legal action can happen. We are only 3 months from our lease. But will never consider this again."
"I'm currently a resident here, moved in about a month and a half ago with my fiance. Over the past six weeks, we have complained five times about our upstairs neighbors - they smoke various substances indoors, which makes our entire apartment smell awful. They smoke outside and then throw the trash over their balcony, which blows onto ours. They have screaming contests and bang on the walls in the middle of night - five times we have complained to management, over the course of a month, and these issues have not been addressed.
If anyone else would have this experience upon moving in, I would recommend NOBODY, EVER move into this community. Their "non-smoking community" policies mean nothing, their "conduct of resident, occupants, and guests" policies mean nothing, and they simply will not address the issues if you bring them up.
EDIT: Said neighbors have apparently been spoken to and ultimatums have been made, so, if the problem is remains resolved by two weeks time, I'll update this review."
"Move-in process with Hayley was super easy and smooth, and there was very good communication during it. On move-in day, I did my walk-through of the apartment, and it looked as if their housekeeping missed cleaning it after the last tenant. I brought this to the attention of Carlos the next morning and he took immediate action to get this corrected. I also put in a service request to get a valet trashcan because one was not provided at the time of move-in, and maintenance brought me one within a couple of hours which was super-fast. Thank you all for being very attentive to your tenants needs!"
