"I've been a tenant at Camden Grand Harbor for over years 8 now. This is the longest I've ever been with the same community. A big part of my lengthy stay is the quality of the staff. Have to give special thanks to Jeremie and the Camden Grand Harbor team for helping to make this a community to be proud of. He's been rock-solid over the past 8 years, and is the first person I look for when visiting the office. From freezing weather, tropical storms, maintenance, weekly motivational quotes, and ensuring a safe and secure environment, he's consistently been a friendly face in our community.
Thank you Jeremie for your outstanding customer service. and I hope you don't plan on leaving anytime soon!"
"I just moved in and I have to say that this apartment is absolutely amazing. The neighborhood is quiet, which is wonderful. It feels very family oriented. The office staff are absolutely amazing and very helpful. Jeremie and Farides were very helpful with answering any of my questions that I had about the neighborhood and community."
"I have lived here since 2009, I have seen a lot changes, but Jeremy remains the same- very caring. Jeremy helped me the other day, he is very professional, respectful, insightful and very caring. This guy has the heart. I love dealing with him because he does try to find a solution to my issues. I am very greatful to him."
"I have been living I Camden Grand Harbor four years now, and can’t see myself anywhere else. Jeremie is very friendly and has helped in every way possible. I haven’t in four years regret calling Camden home. LOVE IT HERE !!"
"I’m really tired of witnessing the apartment 637 fights , they are always fighting and throwing hands at each other even though they are a couple. One time the woman even threw a chair from the balcony to the men that was in the stairs. The most saddening part is that they have a girl that doesn’t even look 3 years old , I can’t imagine all the stressful and dangerous environments that this girl is seeing. I’m about to report this to the police. Today 6:30 am they had a fight with the apartment’s door open, so we were able to witness that it’s embarrassing . Other than that, this apartment is great. This isn’t the first time that this has happened, it have happened more than 7 times. I hope that the little girl is safe , because her parents are dangerous.
Update: today 01/01/2025 1:02 am, they are not letting me sleep because they are fighting again and screaming at each other, while the little girl doesn't stop crying."
