"During our move-in process, Benny Martinez, as our leasing agent, provided us with tremendous help. He was incredibly patient when explaining the leasing procedures in detail at the beginning, and showed great responsibility in handling various issues. Whether it was clarifying our doubts about the rental contract or promptly responding to and fixing minor house facility malfunctions, he always delivered on every request. What’s more, when we were unfamiliar with the surrounding living amenities, he proactively offered practical suggestions. Such attentive service throughout the whole process, with every matter properly addressed, definitely deserves a five-star review!"
"Incredible move-in experience. Great complex: quiet, clean, and friendly. Mario with maintenance was super helpful in immediately addressing our (minimal) move-in maintenance, and Mirna & Benny in the front office made touring and signing our lease an easy process. Cannot complain at all - overall fantastic experience"
"Went and visited Camden Cypress creek very last minute to move in. Mirna was there to help me through the process. She had a great attitude and took her time to work with me and all my questions about the apartments and the process of applying. She allowed me to see the apartment I was moving into which really made my decision easier. The newer apartments with updated appliances was what sold me, they have good apartment layouts and a nice community to be apart of. Thank you Mirna and Camden creek for helping me out!"

"I’ve been living at this apartment complex for a while now, and I just want to give a huge shoutout to David & the entire maintenance team. They're honestly the best. Anytime there’s an issue—big or small—David & his team are quick to respond and always ready to help. I’ve had questions about little things, , and they’re always super patient and happy to explain things without making you feel silly for asking. It’s rare to find someone who actually cares about doing a good job and making sure you’re taken care of.
What I really appreciate about the maintenance team is how fast they work. If you put in a request, it feels like they’re on it almost immediately, and they don’t just slap a quick fix on it—they do it right. Plus, they’re all really friendly and approachable. You never feel like you’re bothering them, and they always bring good energy, which honestly makes dealing with maintenance stuff way less stressful.
It’s easy to take good service for granted, but having a maintenance team like this makes a huge difference in how you feel about where you live. They’re reliable, efficient, and genuinely care about the residents here. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and that kind of dependability goes a long way in keeping the place running smoothly.

"I lived with Camden the maintenance service is 10/10! I was ALWAYS punctual with my payments. My only complaint is that when you move in, they make you pay $145 for cleaning and other services, which is fine because it's clearly stated in the contract when you sign it. What I completely disagree with is that they try to take more money from you because $145 wasn’t enough; they make you pay a painting fee, claiming that the lifespan of the paint in an apartment is two years and that they found wear beyond normal wear and tear, which is a total LIE. I left the apartment in perfect condition, even clean, avoiding the need for a deep cleaning. The walls were in perfect condition. I lived there for a year and never made holes in the walls, which would be considered normal wear and tear, but I didn’t do that. I didn't make holes. When I called to make a complaint, they said it had to be paid because they set a percentage and I had to cover the rest, which I found completely disrespectful because the contract says nothing about that. Then I talked to the manager by email and guess what? They didn’t solve anything. The response was that I practically had to live there for two years because that’s the lifespan of the paint (WHICH IS ALSO NOT IN THE CONTRACT). I requested an inspection to see what they found and they didn’t respond either. Don’t move here; there are apartments where they don’t make you pay mandatory cleaning fees just to take more unjustifiable money from you later.
Oh, and another thing: the monthly water bill is completely insane. I ended up paying $110 for water, and only two people lived there!
Attach the photos so they can draw their own conclusions! A total lack of respect.
I attach the last photos they sent me of the supposed inspection so you can see. what they consider abnormal wear, taken with a phone with poor resolution so that the photos look bad. DON'T MOVE THERE! The crime there is horrible; During the year I lived there, many people had tires stolen.."

"As a new resident of Camden Cypress Creek - I can honestly say that after touring/visiting dozens of complexes in the Houston Area - I could not be happier with my decision, I have absolutely zero regrets and my experience so far has been nothing short of amazing.
To be clear, the property is amazing - it looks great, amenities are among the best I've seen, great location (convenient and super safe) and everything is in tip-top shape. It's in a great area as well, and the actual apartment has been great so far.
That said, this review is a personal and public thank you to Mirna and her team, who have all made this experience (I moved from a different state across the country) nothing short of incredible. From our first point of contact, all communication was incredibly clear and quick - she made our process seamless and stress-free, going above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered. I cannot believe how easy & simple they made the moving and move-in process.
Mirna's professionalism and warmth was ultimately the biggest reason I went with Camden Cypress Creek, and I can confidently say it was one of the best decisions I've made. I've lived in apartment complexes before, and this one is by far, the best. Every apartment complex I spoke to was friendly, but what really stood out is that I felt the team here cared, and genuinely wanted to help - that meant a lot, and I couldn't ask for a better management team.
Over the 6+ months of preparation to move to Houston, I had spoken to so many different leasing offices - this is the only place that made me feel at home, and I'm genuinely looking forward to a great year ahead. My experience here has been exceptional in every way, thanks in large part to the leasing team here - they really care about residents, and it really shows.
