"I've lived here for over a year now, and there are a few important things to consider before moving:
Dog Waste: Unfortunately, the grounds are often littered with dog waste. While its the responsibility of pet owners, many are negligent.
Management: The office manager's attitude is frequently unhelpful and unsympathetic. Staff keep changing except 2 folks. Communication can be a challenge. When they commit something, ask them to write in email, they will refuse and forgot about any communication once moved (Happened to me, despite move in discount promised, they refused, even referral bonus after accepting the form)
Rent vs. Quality: Rent continues to rise, but the quality of living remains disappointing. The walls and floors are thin, making it easy to hear neighbors at all hours, often disturbing sleep. Complaints about noise go unaddressed.
Maintenance Team: BEST EVER. The maintenance staff is exceptional. They are responsive, friendly, and truly the ONLY best part of living here.
Safety Concerns: There have been troubling incidents, including a child abduction attempt last year and a history of police presence several times. The property lacks secure gates, and pests like roaches and even snakes are common despite pest control efforts.
I am stuck into lease, will leave soon!"
