"I love this complex!
The team here is friendly and supportive. Ms. Sandra is a wonderful person who genuinely cares for her residents. They made my move here so smooth, and I have now lived here for a year without any complaints. The complex is consistently clean, and the maintenance team is fast and attentive.
Additional five stars to Mr. Gregg, an excellent gentleman who truly cares about the residents. I remember a time when I had an issue with the electricity in my apartment. He worked tirelessly until the problem was completely resolved. He went out of his way to leave the stove running, some lamps on, and even a portable AC unit for my comfort. Remarkably, he made sure that everything was done in less than 24 hours, despite needing the intervention of an Entergy technician, permits for the electrical problem. He was awesome!
Autumnwood is peaceful and clean complex, and I just love living here!"
"I’m very satisfied with everything so far, the proactiveness of the maintenance workers, the responsiveness and availability of the leasing team and the safe space. So far so good & I’m happy with it. My apartment feels clean, I don’t hear my neighbors."
"Been here 3 years just signed my lease for the 4th. I don’t have any issues just normal apartment things. The maintenance is absolutely amazing the way they go above and beyond anytime I need something. It’s comfortable and quiet."
"No major issues. The staff are nice. They always give 24 hour notice before entering. Nice location. The dog park is small and people don't pick up after their dogs there. The washer and dryers doubled in price and the dryers are frequently broken."
"I absolutely love living here ..... Ms. Sandra is The Best..... She will work with you on the rent and listen to ur needs... maintenance comes to fix whatever is broken. Apartment complex is nice and quiet, plenty of parking space, convenient for all ur shopping needs, two bedrooms and two bathrooms are very spacious and very pet friendly"
"Love this place, Christine Rodriguez is amazing at the front office, so is Mrs.Sandra! Wonderful people who truly do care about their residents! 10/10 recommend!!"
"Building 3 has 8 apartments why is there a need for anything above apartment number 308? I had a delivery and had to walk all the way around the building because you walk into one side there's apartment 301 right next to it is 313. The left side of the building should have 301-304. The right side should be 305-308."
